Terms
Our terms are net 90 days from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1 1/2 % per month will be added to all overdue balances over 60 days.
 
Credit
Please submit orders on your purchase order form or letterhead. Orders over $100.00 must be prepaid, or send three trade and one bank reference.
 
Resale Numbers
California dealers must mention their resale number with their order.

Book Return Policy
1. Our books are fully returnable. If a title isn’t moving in your market, after 90 days please strip the cover and return it for a refund. Thank you for giving it a chance on your valuable shelf space. Our return period is between 90 days and one year of invoice date. Return front cover only for full refund, excluding shipping.

2. Returns should be accompanied by your packing slip listing the quantity, title, author, original invoice number and invoice date. Books returned with this information will be credited 100% of the invoice price, minus shipping. For books returned without a packing slip, we will assume the original discount was 60%. Some books have been returned to us when they should have been returned to a distributor; books should be returned to their source.

3. Notice of shortage or non-receipt must be made within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date.

4. Books damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claims to the carrier.

The time it takes to receive your order is a combination of two elements: Processing Time and the Shipping Time. Processing Time is the time it takes us to select and pack your order for shipment—generally 2 to 3 days. Shipping Time is the time it takes the shipping company to take your order from our warehouse to your door. This time depends on where you live and which shipping method you choose. For guidance please refer to the chart below.

Shipping
Books are best shipped via the Postal Office’s “Book Rate”. We can ship via UPS or Federal Express, but do not recommend them for long distances as the rates are considerably higher. Shipping is FOB Carlsbad, CA.
